READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ACCESS OR USE TRADERS SUPPORT CLUB, TRADER COACHING ACADEMY OR ANY AFFILIATED SITES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SITE"), ON WHICH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "AGREEMENT") ARE POSTED. BY YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOU ARE OF THE LEGAL AGE REQUIRED TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT IN YOUR JURISDICTION IF THAT AGE IS GREATER THAN 18 AND YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Introduction

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions relating to all the online content and material provided to you ("the User") on the traderssupportclub.com website and member portal at members.traderssupportclub.com. Traders Support Club is a trading name of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd. All website material and content are owned and operated by Trader Coaching Academy Ltd (company registration number: 06757579), whose registered office is at c/o Inform Accounting Ltd, St James House, 65 Mere Green Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B75 5BY, United Kingdom.

Any references in these terms and conditions to Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club (or "we", "us" or "our") refer to the company owning, operating and branding this Site. References to the "Site" refer to the Trader Coaching Academy and Traders Support Club websites.

References to "you", "your", "subscriber", "user", "the user" or "member" refer to the people who register, sign up, and either pay for any of the products and services, as well as any live training events and online published events, via this Site.

All Traders Support Club content is owned and published by Trader Coaching Academy Ltd.

By subscribing via www.traderssupportclub.com ("the Site") the User is agreeing to the terms and conditions below. If the User uses the Site in the course of business the User is also agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of that business. If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions listed below (or the User is not authorised to do so) the User should not use the Site.

2. Disclaimer

Investing in stocks, shares, options, futures, spread betting, CFDs and other financial instruments shown on the Site carry large potential rewards but also potential risks. The trading and investment strategies, concepts and trade examples shown on this Site and in live and recorded trainings are not appropriate for all investors.

Any current live or previous live trade examples and any historical results shown are for educational purposes only. Past performances shown and any examples cited anywhere on the Site or in any of Trader Coaching Academy's / Traders Support Club's delivery mechanisms are no indication or guarantee of anticipated future results. Individual results will vary and cannot be guaranteed.

It is recommended that you seek advice from a qualified financial professional before implementing any investment programme or financial trading strategy.

3. Site Content

The content of this Site, including but not limited to the text, images and videos herein and their arrangements (the "Content"), unless otherwise noted, is Copyright © Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club or its licensors own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) in the Content and any selection or arrangement of the Content. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen (or compatible device), and print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them), for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3.1 Restrictions on Use

You may not use the Site or any Content for any unlawful purpose. You may only use the Site as expressly set out in these Terms; you may not reproduce, modify nor in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. You must not post any content or comments that are offensive or controversial, that infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, or that otherwise do not comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club expressly reserve the right to require that any content or link in breach of these provisions be removed, and to take whatever other action they deem appropriate.

In particular, but without limiting the general application of the above restrictions, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from us:

- Redistribute any of the Content (including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service) or in any way modify any documents or related graphics on this Site;

- In any way separate any graphics on this Site from accompanying text;

- Create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content;

- Deep link to, frame, spider, harvest or scrape the Content or otherwise access the Content for similar purposes; or use any machine, electronic, web-based or similar device to read or extract the Content by automated or machine-based means;

- Use any Trader Coaching Academy or Traders Support Club trademarks, logos, copyright notices, symbols, videos, or any other marks or items embedded in any of the content of our services; or remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of our logos;

- Imply that Trader Coaching Academy or Traders Support Club is endorsing your products or services, or has any affiliation with you; misrepresent your relationship with Trader Coaching Academy or Traders Support Club; or present false information about Trader Coaching Academy or Traders Support Club.

Any rights not expressly granted by these terms are reserved.

4. Registration

All information received by you from your use of this Site will be used by Trader Coaching Academy Ltd / Traders Support Club in accordance with Trader Coaching Academy Ltd's Privacy Policy. On registering or subscribing, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the Site registration and subscription pages. This is particularly important if you subscribe to the Site, and we are entitled to rely on any information you provide.

The User shall not disclose their password to any other person or entity and shall ensure that the password always remains confidential. If the User knows or has a reasonable suspicion that a third party knows the User's password, the User shall notify Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club immediately by email. If Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club has reasonable grounds for believing that the User has misused or is misusing the password, we may require the User to change the password or may suspend the User's access to the Site until we are satisfied that security is no longer compromised.

Each registration/subscription is for a single user only. Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club does not permit passwords or access credentials to be shared with multiple users on a network or otherwise. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Site if you do this, without further notice or obligation to you.

If you provide Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club with an email address that results in messages being sent via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or college), then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club may refrain from sending messages to you, without notifying you, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending messages to that address.

5. Payments & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Payment Methods

The User must provide Trader Coaching Academy Ltd with complete and accurate payment information.

Payments are made to Trader Coaching Academy Ltd via bank transfer, the GoCardless payment system, or through our Stripe payment system.

5.2 Payment Terms

By submitting payment via one of the methods stated in section 5.1, the User warrants that they are entitled to purchase and access the paid-for content and services for their chosen product, programme or membership using those payment details.

In the event of an unauthorised payment, Trader Coaching Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Site and the paid-for content. If no payment authorisation is received, or if payment authorisation is subsequently cancelled, Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club may immediately terminate or suspend access to any paid-for content and/or the Site.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that this service will be available by any specified time. A contract for receipt of this service will come into effect when Trader Coaching Academy sends you an email confirming your payment in the form of a payment receipt.

All online payments (including any applicable taxes) must be made in Pound Sterling or any alternative currency that Trader Coaching Academy Ltd may specify.

5.3 Payment Options

All of our programmes are available on a paid-in-full basis.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd does not offer payment plans directly. However, buy-now-pay-later options (such as Klarna) may be available at checkout through our Stripe payment system. Any such instalment arrangements are made solely between you and the relevant third-party provider (e.g. Klarna) and are subject to that provider's own terms and conditions. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd accepts no responsibility for any arrangement entered into between you and a third-party payment provider.

The specific pricing for each programme will be clearly displayed on both the product pages and the payment page. By making payment in full you are agreeing to the specific payment terms and conditions listed at the point of payment.

5.4 Monthly Subscription Membership

With some Trader Coaching Academy and Traders Support Club products, programmes and memberships, there may be a "monthly subscription membership" option. This option is in place wholly at the discretion of Trader Coaching Academy and can be revoked at any time.

For the service in question, the "monthly subscription membership" may be the only option available. This will be clearly stated on the payment options prior to making payment.

The "monthly subscription membership" may be offered to allow the User to continue accessing the same services previously purchased on a paid-in-full basis. This option is ONLY available once the agreed initial duration of the initial programme access has been completed. This will be clearly stated to the User before making the initial payment via any product and service information, whether verbal or written.

No refunds will be given for previous monthly subscription payments unless the refund request falls within the cancellation terms listed in section 5.5 below.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to vary the services of each programme and membership and does not guarantee that the specific services will remain available at any specific membership level. We will notify the User in writing (hard or electronic copy) of any increases or decreases in joining fees or monthly subscription fees.

Note that your Internet Service Provider and/or telephone operator may also charge you for time spent accessing the Site and any services that Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club offers.

5.5 Cancellation Procedure

When purchasing any of Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club's paid-for products, programmes and memberships, the User has the right to cancel at any time.

The User is entitled to a standard 14-day cooling-off period during which they will receive 100% back of their paid-in-full payment, in accordance with standard UK distance selling regulations.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd / Traders Support Club clearly states this as a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on the Programmes & Packages Brochure and any information pages within the Sites listed above.

If the User on a "monthly subscription" option wishes to cancel their product, programme or membership and is outside the standard 14-day cooling-off period, they must notify Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club in writing no later than 2 working days before the next payment is due to ensure that payment is not taken.

No refunds will be given for previous monthly subscription payments made outside the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

To exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, please notify us of your intent to cancel in writing, sent to the address on our website, within the agreed cancellation period. Please note that your notice will be deemed effective on the date it is received by us, or in the case of electronic communications, the date it is sent by you to us.

5.6 Refund Procedure

Any refund payment will be confirmed in writing to the User by a representative of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd, and the agreed refund payment will be initiated by Trader Coaching Academy within 48 hours of issuing the refund confirmation in writing.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd is not responsible for how long the refund payment takes to arrive with the User, as this may be subject to the terms and conditions of the User's card provider or banking provider.

For the avoidance of doubt, and to adhere to strict anti-money laundering regulations, all refunds will be paid back directly to the User's original payment method and cannot be redirected to a different third party at the User's request.

5.7 Pausing a "Paid in Full" Service

Under these terms and conditions, a User's membership cannot be paused, regardless of the payment option chosen at the time of purchase.

The User cannot pause or cancel their membership and receive any part of the paid-in-full payment back unless within the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

5.8 Pausing a "Monthly Subscription Membership" Payment

Pausing a monthly subscription membership can occur at any time after the initial monthly subscription payment is made.

The User must notify Trader Coaching Academy in writing of the specific date from which, and the duration for which, they wish to pause their membership. The User may also decrease or extend the paused period by notifying Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club again in writing (electronic or hard copy). The monthly membership payment is then paused and not taken from the User for the period specified in writing. The User's membership will drop to the "Free Membership Level" during the paused period. During this time, their previous membership level material, services and support will not be available to the User until the monthly subscription membership payment is reinstated.

The User agrees that Trader Coaching Academy Ltd has the right to change the price of a monthly subscription payment. The User acknowledges that they will be required to pay the then-current monthly subscription amount should they choose to return at a later date and access the products, programmes and services for that membership subscription.

6. Privacy Policy Summary

This privacy policy summary does not apply to third-party sites that may be linked to from the Trader Coaching Academy Ltd / Traders Support Club Site. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club are fully committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any information you provide to us. We treat both privacy and security as a priority and make every effort to ensure that all information provided by you is protected.

This policy explains how Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club collect information from you and how this information is then used. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd / Traders Support Club reserve the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of, or to locate, anyone posting any material in breach of these Terms.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club will process data supplied in any forms, electronic or otherwise, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By disclosing any personal information to Trader Coaching Academy Ltd through this website or via telephone, visitors consent to the collection and storage of all personal information provided as set out in this Privacy Policy. By supplying your name, address, telephone and email details, you are giving your consent for us to contact you in any of those ways in connection with Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd is registered in accordance with United Kingdom data protection legislation and will hold and use your personal data strictly in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We will not rent, sell or pass your information to any other party. Our ICO registration number is ZB612905 (https://ico.org.uk/).

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd will retain copies of the information provided when you subscribe to the website. We implement a number of security measures to ensure the safety of any personal information provided. The information is contained on a secure server, accessible only by a limited number of employees who have authorised access rights.

All sensitive credit card information supplied by any visitor is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your card number will be encrypted and replaced by a unique transaction reference number. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd uses Stripe and GoCardless and does not hold any customer card details on any of our servers at any time.

We reserve the right to change our security and privacy policies at any time. Accordingly, we recommend that you check this page periodically to review our current policies. We will attempt to contact all members of any changes by email to the address they have provided.

If Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club makes any changes to this Privacy Policy, these changes will be detailed on this page to ensure that you are fully aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances it will be disclosed.

7. Downloads and Links

Copyright in any software or data file made available for download from the Site ("Download") belongs to Trader Coaching Academy Ltd / Traders Support Club or its suppliers. Where applicable, your use of the Download is governed by the terms of any licence agreement that may accompany or be included with the Download. Do not install or use any Download unless you agree to such licence agreement.

This Site may provide links to other websites and data providers. Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club gives no representation or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness or correctness of data provided by these external websites and data providers. 8. Limitation of Liability

The User expressly agrees that use of and browsing of the Site is at the User's own risk. Neither Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of the User's access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or any linked site. The User expressly agrees that the downloading of any material from the Site is at the User's own risk. Use of the data on this Site is for personal and continuing professional development use only; it is for your general information or study and is not intended to address any other requirements.

8.1 Consequences of Breach of these Terms

In the event that Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club considers or determines, in its complete discretion, that the User has breached, violated or contravened these Terms & Conditions, or has otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct in the use of the Site, content or services, Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club reserves the absolute right to: (a) warn the User that they have violated the Agreement and ask the User to discontinue such conduct; (b) discontinue the User's membership of the Site and/or any other related services, including paid-for content; and (c) take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting the User's use of the Site) to prevent the User from using the Site or linking to the Site.

9. Prizes, Prize Draws, Competitions and Promotions

From time to time Trader Coaching Academy and Traders Support Club may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Site. These are subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time of such competitions.

10. Blog, Forums & Social Media Platforms & Channels

10.1 User Behaviour

The objective of our forum, blog and social media platforms is to encourage Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club members to learn from each other by sharing their trading experiences. Please use these platforms responsibly. We reserve the right to delete any comments that in any way violate these Rules, Policies and Disclaimers, or that we feel damage the interests of Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club and its members.

Comments or posts must not be:

- Offensive or obscene

- Defamatory

- Abusive or hateful

- Racially discriminating

- Used to embarrass, harass, threaten or cause distress or discomfort to another user

- Pornographic, sexual or suggestive in nature

- Commercial or advertising in nature

- Containing information or instructions relating to illegal activities

- Infringing or encouraging infringement of intellectual property rights

- An infringement of a patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right

- Links or access to content already classified as inappropriate under these terms

- Invitations to fast money-making or pyramid schemes

- Chain letters

- Intentionally or unintentionally in violation of any local, national or international law or regulation

- Disruptive to the normal flow of information on the platform or otherwise negatively affecting other participants

- References to a competitor's or supplier's site

- Misleading, erroneous or dangerous

- Otherwise objectionable, as determined by Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club

- Links to or mentions of third-party websites we consider inappropriate

10.2 Monitoring

The Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club forums, blog, social media platforms and channels are part of the member services. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club and its staff reserve the right to monitor, moderate and delete postings and, if necessary, to ban user access where posts are potentially damaging to the interests of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club, its members and any of its partners.

10.3 Content

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to exert control over all material posted by contributing individuals, in any manner it sees fit.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd may cease to provide any service described in this publication to all Users, or any number of them, at any time without warning and for any or no reason.

Trader Coaching Academy Ltd reserves the right to reveal your identity in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Users are solely responsible for the contents of their communications and may be held legally accountable. Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club accepts no responsibility and makes no representations about the suitability, legitimacy, legality, validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, completeness or currency of content posted by the general public on any of its forums, blogs, social media platforms or channels.

The opinions expressed via any of these platforms or channels are those of the contributing individuals and do not necessarily reflect the views of, nor are endorsed by, Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club. Information may be incorrect or contain typographical and other inaccuracies. It is assumed that participants are able to use common sense in judging the appropriateness of a posting.

10.4 Risk

Be advised that the use of the blog, forum, social media platforms and channels carries some risk. There is a chance that predatory users could attempt to connect with other users online. It is always best to use your discretion and judgement when contacting other users. Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club is not responsible for any events resulting from the use of any of its blogs, forums, social media platforms or channels.

WARNING – Impersonation and Scam Accounts: We are aware that fraudulent accounts impersonating Traders Support Club and/or Alistair Crooks exist on social media platforms, particularly TikTok. These accounts are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Traders Support Club or Trader Coaching Academy Ltd in any way.

Traders Support Club and Alistair Crooks will never contact you via direct message on social media to request money, ask for personal or financial information, promote investment opportunities, or offer one-to-one trading signals or advice. Any account doing so is fraudulent.

If you encounter an account that you believe is impersonating Traders Support Club or Alistair Crooks, we encourage you to report it to the relevant platform and notify us at support@traderssupportclub.com. Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club accept no liability for any loss suffered as a result of interaction with a fraudulent or impersonator account.

11. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

For the exclusive benefit of Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club, we retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.

12. General Agreement Terms

You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect. Trader Coaching Academy and Traders Support Club reserve the right, at their discretion, to make changes, alter, revise or withdraw any part of the Site or the Content at any time (with or without notice to you) by updating these Terms and Conditions.

When terms are changed, Trader Coaching Academy / Traders Support Club may notify you by email or by publishing details of those changes at the end of these Terms. If you use the Site after the changes have been published or you have been notified of them, you are agreeing to be bound by those changes. If you do not agree to be bound by those changes, you should not use the Site any further.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 19 May 2026 and supersede all previous terms and conditions for the Site. The User confirms that they have not entered into this Agreement based on any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
